BDA Bhubaneswar UAN Registration
Complete step-by-step guide to BDA’s Unique Account Number, including the difference between Non-Allottee and Existing Allottee registration.
BDA UAN means Unique Account Number used for transactions connected with the Property Allotment Management System (PAMS). It is not the EPFO Provident Fund UAN.
What is BDA PAMS?
PAMS stands for Property Allotment Management System.
BDA’s Property Allotment Management System is used for property-allotment activities involving residential, commercial and plotted properties. The official guide says the system supports activities before allotment, allotment activities and several post-allotment services.
Advertisements, brochures, applications and EMD-related online activities.
Scrutiny, lottery, provisional allotment and online payments.
NOC, deed generation, mutation and other post-allotment services.
Non-Allottee or Existing Allottee?
This is the most important choice before starting your BDA UAN registration.
Who is a Non-Allottee?
A Non-Allottee is generally a person who does not currently have a BDA-allotted property but needs to create a UAN for using BDA’s property-allotment services.
- You do not currently have a BDA-allotted property.
- You want to apply for or purchase an eligible BDA property.
- You need to create a UAN before using relevant PAMS services.
- You are participating in a new BDA property scheme/project.
Who is an Existing Allottee?
An Existing Allottee is generally a person who already has a property allotted by BDA and needs to access services connected with that existing property.
- You already have a BDA-allotted property.
- Your property is already associated with BDA.
- You need access to property/post-allotment services.
- You may need to manage an existing BDA property through PAMS.
