The Government of Odisha has introduced an online registration system for OPD appointments through the eSwasthya Portal. This initiative aims to make healthcare services more accessible and convenient for the people of Odisha. Patients can now book appointments at government hospitals 24×7 without standing in long queues.
✅ How to Register for OPD Online in Odisha Follow these simple steps to complete your registration:
Step 1: Visit the official website: 👉 https://eswasthya.odisha.gov.in
Step 2: Click on “Online Registration”.
Step 3:
- If you already have a previous OPD ticket or central registration number, select “Do you have Central Registration Number”.
- If you are a new patient, select “New Registration”.
Step 4: Choose the Hospital, Department, and Appointment Date.
Step 5: Fill in your personal details such as Name, Age, Address, etc. and click on “Register”. The system will generate a QR Code along with a Print option of Appointment Slip.
Step 6:
- Print your Appointment Slip OR
- Take a screenshot of the QR Code and collect a printout from the kiosk machine at Hospital by scanning the code.
Step 7: Visit the hospital with your Appointment Slip on the scheduled date. Make sure to report at least one hour before OPD closing time.

- Online registration is available 24 hours a day.
- For re-visits, you must re-register using your previous CR number and generate a fresh Appointment Slip.
- Without an appointment slip, you cannot access OPD services.
